  • The energy concept of this new building was planned by us according to the requirements of the current Energy Saving Ordinance (EnEV) without external insulation.

The planned brine-to-water heat pump is supplied by two large ice storage tanks. Here are two large rainwater tanks and a solar system, for the regeneration of the ice storage. At the heat transfer surfaces in the floors, parallel-guided surface elements in floor, ceiling and partly in the walls have been designed to keep the rooms at the lowest temperature level and in the ideal range of radiant heat. This means that even in summer, the rooms can be cooled with the same system.
